Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate services upon written notice as specified in the applicable service agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services immediately if you violate these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Taiyuan, Shanxi Province, China.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
